TERRASSES DU LARZAC
Leaning on the mountainous Causses du Larzac, our plots are planted with Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault . They are situated in altitude on poor soils mainly made of clay set on a subsoil of limestone.
Fresh summer nights allow for a progressive ripening of the berries that keeps the acidity we need to obtain balanced wines.
A LAND'S INSPIRATION
The Terrasses du Larzac appellation and Montpeyroux in particular was an obvious choice: it was love at first sight. Here, balance and harmony are sacred. Biodiversity and respect for nature are all-important.
Our grower-partners are master craftsmen whose labour pays homage to the land. They work to create wines that showcase the vines fruit, using organic compost and working the land by hand with great care.
